Cat Out of the Bag
Since the new msntv site is out and about, strutting it's stuff, I figured I would let the cat out of the bag and publish most of the questions I had been waiting to send out so I wouldn't get busted. I would like to thank you for making this web site and giving us the chance to add our "two cents".
I called Verizon (local phone who offer MSN premium) and Adelphia (local cable) and asked them about high speed service for MSNtv 2 without a computer and they said "You need a computer to configure the router". Hmmm
I called MSNtv 2 and asked them and they said that "If I got service and the router and plugged it in, it would work." Hmmm
Could someone please help.
I do want to buy the new set top box, but why should I buy a Microsofts products again if they aren't going to make it feaseable for non-PC owners who've supported webtv/msntv to get the broadband connection.
