I Bought MSNTV2 From J&R In New York City I got It all set up But could not get any further then the welcome page & then would say your home phone was piked up on the phone line. then it said could not connect to msntv 2 you may need to dial a prefex such as a 9,I called I called about 5 tecks. but none of them could help me fix the problem The last one i called said the MSNTV2 had a defect & should send it back & have It replaced.I bought it from J&R In New York City It cost about $15.00 to ship it back & about $ 6.00 to receive it.We decided not to take a chance on buying another one At this time We even bought a New printer.for MSNTV 2 I hope to buy another one Later I hope you can get spell checker & tv program like you have on WEBTV plus We have a Sony 250 Plus now.
