Fill out form and tell them exactly what you are having problems with. Remember when you call customer service, you are not talking directly to MSN, you are talking to a, "contracted out," (at night & on wkends, literally, "out," outsourced to India, though they swear they are in Vancouver, CA.) telephone call center!

Only by logging onto MSN's own website can yo personally send your complaints directly to them.

I really don't believe that they are truly hearing all of our complaint. So fill out the form and send it to them. Maybe it wll help resolve some serious, "MSN Systems," (bugs in the system) technical problems, and serious, "RCA/Thomson Manufacturer," "product defects."

Also, the issues of html, Pagebuilder, and Discussion Groups can be addressed as well.

I bought a MSNTV2 in Nov. and now it has a black streak down the left side of the TV 1 in. wide and the text is partly missing on the right side. Want to know how to fix it. On the WEBTV I had you could move it up or down and sideways. Thank You
