Keyboard Issue Update and Resolution
The engineering team has done their due diligence and we now have a process to handle the keyboard skip issue. If you have a box that has poor keyboard performance, hang in there while we put the final pieces in place and I'll let you know what to do.
Thanks for everyone's patience while the team scrambled to fix this.
Too bad the idiots at Customer Care don't know what the heck I'm talkng about. There goes almost an hour on hold, only to be told that your site isn't an MSN official site; duh! Please, give the script monkeys the new pages, since as of 8:30 PM Central Time, they don't know of any fixes.
