MSNTV2 Printers
Here is the printer list all "amazon'd" for your convenience. I know most of you are curious if other printers other than the ones on the list work, but I simply don't have the time or the money (if I want to find out, I have to plug in the printer and try which means I'd have to buy the printer and try it).
Therefore, for future reference, here is the list of printers that work with MSNTV2.
Future questions about "why doesn't this printer work" or "does this printer work" will simply be deleted as I have just updated the current list and those are the ones that will work. If you have a printer other than one on the list, I say just try it.
UPDATE: If you'd like to try an unsupported printer that does not have a USB port on the back, you can get this:
Keep in mind that unsupported printers are just that: unsupported. They may or may not work. Good luck!
where can i order an adapter to connect my hp940c printer to my msntv2. thank you
Posted by: lon deutsch at February 4, 2005 03:38 AMthe hp 940c is on the list the other page that has a whole bunch. i need a piece that goes in the back of the msntv2 & the other side has the spikes that fit into the holes.it has a long tightening screw on either end.my classic & + all you had to do was er stick it in. the backside.plug the printer into wall & i think back of cable box. hope i`ve made sense. its redic that i can`t just plug the printer in the back. what small minds designed this unit. won`t even play their own launch videos on dialup. i get videos from elsewhere.,but not the co. i pay each mo. also i`m due for my 2 free mo. i sent my slip in months ago. seems theres an msn area 51 in redmond wash. where the slip goes .noone in any other msn dept can call them. they must inform billing to activate your 2 mos. or you get gotz.so am i correct that your reply was try & buy something a paralel whatever. thats it. i can`t figure this site out .navigating. i thought there was a message board where i post & i get an e-mail alert & go to the reply link. i`m all confused .whats the purpose or function of this blog fad?
