I ordered this msntv2 in late June. I sent my rebate form in and I still don't have my $100 rebate. I called the numbers gave to me and was told I had to track down my rebate form to get my $100 rebate. I sent it in and remember only that it was sent to Indianapolis. I still don't have my rebate and now your representatives are telling me they don't have my card either but they have taken money from my account every month for the machine and for my monthly fee just like clockwork. This is really a great way to do business!! Thanks

You can probably find the information for the rebate center on the current rebate form and then track it down that way. Good luck!

Since I was on my way out I emailed Support@MSN.com who emailed me back a day later saying I should contact my email provider. I thought that address was for MSNTV2 support. What is the email address for MSNTV2 support? Incidentally when I logged on later in day all was well, but it sure was scary. Do you know what is going on to cause the temporary erasure?

MSNTV2 Stinks
Hello There-
I have a question concerning a problem I've been having w/ my RCA MSNTV/2 unit...
What happens is, when I browse on eBay's website after let's say 20-30 minutes or so, I get booted offline as if my MSNTV/2 unit lost power, just like someone unplugged the unit itsef...Then I have to wait for my webtv unit to reboot itself, then I have to log back in ad start all over from scratch so that I can continue w/ my browsing on eBay....
Needless to say this is very annoying to have to do this over and over again each and every time I browse on eBay....
Is there a problem w/ my MSNTV/2 hardware or software??....Or is the problem with eBay and their java script browser??.....
I know eBay supports java script and unfortunately for us here at msn we do not have java script capability.......
Thanks for your help!...
Posted by: Mar at October 2, 2005 02:59 PMMSNTV2 *DOES* support JAVAscript. Well it supports "JScript", which is close enough.
